Words dance across pages,
Swirling in black and white confusion;
My muddled brain ponders for ages,
But the pieces scatter in disillusion.
Wisdom of centuries passed on,
Ink and paper, ancient script,
I stare, and the light begins to dawn,
As from my eyes a veil is ripped.
